Here I stand. I can do no other.
Here it ends to define the struggle.
The catastrophe didn’t ruin me.
The collapse is here, but I’m not afraid.
I have chosen this hill to die upon.
If the end is here, I say let it come
Here I stand. I can do no other.
Here it ends to define the struggle.
Every choice I made culminates today.
Every step I took has led up to this.
I commend myself to the hands of fate.
When the moment comes, don’t avert your eyes.
When you take your stand, take it all they way.
When this day is done, tell them what you saw.
What is my voice made for
If not to speak for this?
What better use have I
Than to confront the storm?
I've got enough strength in me left for the fight
Got enough left for one last run
Here I stand
Here I draw the line
This is where it ends
On my honor, come whatever, I will not be moved

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego

Your music connects on every level, whether it’s physical, emotional or spiritual. Impressive musicianship and song writing. Love how you leave this undefined space for us listeners to draw our own images and blend in our own personal lives when listening. Beacons is one of my favorite albums of all time! olaussem
